The Method of Adding Liquid Soap
  1. Retrieve the key from the product accessories (as shown in “figure 1”).
  2. Insert the key into the lock hole on the cover and open the soap dispenser by turning it counterclockwise.
  3. Remove the cover of the soap dispenser and pour the liquid soap into the transparent cup body (as shown in Figure 2).

Note:

  • Ensure that you use the appropriate type of soap:
  • Liquid soap dispensers should only be used with special-purpose liquid soap.
  • Foam soap dispensers should only be used with special foam soap.
  • Do not mix different types of soap liquids, as this can damage the soap dispenser or result in product failure. Such damage is not covered by the warranty.
Method of Application
  1. Install the product in the desired location and secure it in place.
  2. Confirm that the lock is engaged.
  3. Press the power button to turn on the power.
    • Note: Avoid pressing the power button with your fingernail to prevent damage to the silicone material on the button.

Using the Power Switch:

  • To turn the power ON, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The LED light will turn green.
  • To turn the power OFF, when it’s already OFF, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds, and the LED light will turn red.

Dispensing Soap:

  • Place your hand under the sensor at a distance of 5-10cm. The LED light will turn green, and the liquid outlet will automatically dispense soap.
  • Please ensure your hand position is within this range for the sensor to detect it.

Power Saving:

  • If you won’t be using the product for an extended period, it’s advisable to turn off the power.

Operational Indication:

  • In the working state, the LED light will remain on.
  • Each dispensing cycle provides approximately 1ml of soap.
  • After each use, it’s important to remove any residual soap liquid from the outlet to prevent blockages.
Maintenance Methods
  • The product body is not waterproof; avoid exposing it to water.

Cleaning:

  • Before maintenance, ensure the battery is removed.
  • Clean the product with a dry, soft towel or a dry towel dipped in a neutral detergent.
  • Do not use volatile substances like banana water or volatile oils for cleaning.

When No Liquid Is Dispensed:

  • If the battery is low, consider replacing it with a new one.
  • Dry soap near the outlet may cause this issue; follow the cleaning and maintenance method.

Storage:

  • Turn off the power.
  • When the product contains liquid soap, avoid turning it upside down or tilting it.
  • Depending on the attachment’s condition, follow the cleaning and maintenance diagram provided.

Long-Term Storage:

  • Pour out any excess liquid soap from the cup.
  • Fill the cup with warm water (approximately 30°C-40°C) and continue operating the product until all remaining soap liquid is removed. This prevents soap from solidifying in the machine’s pipeline during long-term storage, which could affect its future use.
  • Remove the battery from the machine, repack the product, and store it in a secure place.
Faulty Condition

No Liquid Dispensed:

  • During the initial use or if the product hasn’t been used for an extended period, it may not dispense liquid easily. Please follow the method shown in the figure.
  • Repeat the process more than 5 times.
  • Place the product in an environment with a temperature above 15 degrees Celsius for approximately 60 minutes.

Reduced Liquid Output:

  • If you notice a significant reduction in the amount of liquid dispensed during normal use, it’s advisable to replace the battery.

Low Temperature Impact:

  • When the ambient temperature drops below 5 degrees Celsius, it may be challenging for the product to dispense liquid. To resolve this, place the product in an environment with a temperature above 15 degrees Celsius for about 60 minutes and try again.
Precautions for Use
  • For Liquid Soap Dispenser:
    • Use liquid cleaner instead of alcohol-based dish detergent or high-viscosity liquid.
    • Avoid using high-viscosity liquids that may not be suitable.
    • For Foam Soap Dispenser:
      • Recommended to use foam soap only.
      • Do not use alcohol disinfectant, viscous liquid, shampoo, or liquid hand sanitizer.
      • Avoid frequently changing between different brands of soap, as their viscosities may vary, affecting the dispenser’s performance.

    Long-Term Non-Use:

    • If the dispenser won’t be used for an extended period, follow the maintenance instructions.

    Regular Cleaning:

    • Clean the outlet periodically to prevent residual soap liquid from solidifying.

    Avoid Wet Hands:

    • Do not press the power button when your hands are wet to prevent a possible short circuit.

    Moving the Product:

    • When relocating the product, securely hold it with both hands.
    • Install the soap dispenser after the rear plate is securely fixed and reliable.

    Installation Safety:

    • After installing the soap dispenser, ensure it is properly locked to prevent potential falls and damage.
    • Note that liquid soap may overflow if the dispenser is inverted or tilted excessively.

    Sensor Placement:

    • Do not install the product in locations similar to mirrors, as this can lead to sensor misperception.

    Avoid Direct Sunlight:

    • Do not place the product in direct sunlight, as strong sunlight can also cause sensor misperception.
