SECTION 1 – Online Store Terms

Section 1 of the TCS Hygiene website’s terms of service states that by agreeing to the terms, customers represent that they are of legal age and have given permission for any minor dependents to use the website. Customers also agree not to use TCS Hygiene products for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, or to violate any laws in their country, including copyright laws. Additionally, customers are prohibited from transmitting any harmful code or viruses through the website. Any violation of these terms will result in the immediate termination of the customer’s access to the website and services.

SECTION 2 – General Conditions

Section 2 of the TCS Hygiene website’s terms of service states that the company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. It also states that customers understand that their content, except for credit card information, may be transferred unencrypted and may be subject to changes in order to conform to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information, on the other hand, is always encrypted during transfer over networks. It also states that the website may contain historical information that is provided for reference only and that TCS Hygiene reserves the right to modify the contents of the website at any time without any obligation to update any information.

SECTION 4 – Modifications to The Service and Prices

Section 4 states that prices for products may change without notice and that TCS Hygiene reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice and without any liability to the customer.

SECTION 5 – Products & Services

Section 5 states that certain products or services may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to TCS Hygiene’s return policy. It also states that TCS Hygiene has made efforts to display the colours and images of products accurately, but cannot guarantee that a customer’s computer

SECTION 6 – Billing and Account Information Accuracy

We reserve the right to deny any order placed with us and to limit or cancel the number of items purchased per person, per household, or per order at our discretion. This may include orders placed using the same customer account, credit card, or shipping and billing address. If we make changes to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you through the email and/or billing information provided when the order was made. Additionally, we reserve the right to prohibit orders that we believe to have been placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and current purchase and account information for all orders placed on our store. SECTION 12 of the Terms of Service states that TCS Hygiene does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. It also states that the service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are provided “as is” and “as available” without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind. The section also limits the liability of TCS Hygiene, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from the use of the service or any products procured using the service. Additionally, the section states that you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TCS Hygiene and its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees from any claim or demand made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
